Submersible Slurry Dredging Mining Sump Pump for Reservoir and River Desilting

Hydroman^® Submersible Slurry Dredging Mining Sump Pump Description:

Hydroman^® Submersible Slurry Dredging Mining Sump Pump has the characteristics of large flow and high head, which can handle large volumes of sewage and sludge and meet the demands of large-scale sewage treatment and discharge, so submersible sump sewage sludge water pumps are widely used in sewage treatment plants and industrial facilities. Submersible drainage waste water pumps are usually widely used in drainage systems of sewage treatment plants, industrial facilities, construction sites, underground garages, etc.

Hydroman^® Submersible Slurry Dredging Mining Sump Pump generally use a double mechanical seal system, which can prevent liquid leakage and foreign substances, and is suitable for pumping high-viscosity and corrosive liquids. The sealing system of the submersible water transfer pump is very important. A good design of the sealing system can improve the reliability and service life of the submersible dewatering sewage pump.

Hydroman^® Submersible Slurry Dredging Mining Sump Pump Operating Features：

▪ Submersible Motor is protected by double mechanical seal and lip seals to prevent the entry of water and other impurities into motor.
▪ An agitator fitted on the end of main impeller mixes the solid and liquid, allowing the pump to lift the liquid and solid together. The wet parts of the pump are constructed of a hard chrome alloy material (65 HRC) designed to prolong service life.
▪ Motor and pump are submersed in liquid, saving installation space, protecting the equipment, allowing ease of maintenance, and greatly reducing operating noise.
▪ The motor has been designed to include several internal protection measures.
