CP series Free Flow Centrifugal Pump Design Feature:
• Single-stage centrifugal pumps with an exceptionally large cross-section and open channel in the spiral casing, which minimizes clogging and allows passage of large solids without damage. They often use vortex impeller technology for non-clogging operation.
• Built with interchangeable components for high availability, reduced spare parts inventory, and easy servicing. This includes options for closed, semi-open, or open impellers with 3 or 6 vanes.
• Wear-resistant construction using cast iron, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, or other alloys to withstand abrasion and corrosion.
• Dry-mounted (non-submersible), suitable for stationary use in pumping stations or industrial setups.
• High hydraulic efficiency, long service life, and low pulsation, making them ideal for continuous operation.
