Hydroman® Heavy Duty Submersible Slurry Pump is a coaxial integration of the motor and the water pump and designed to work in underground mining, lined and unlined tailings ponds, underground slurry and dewatering pumping, sumps, process pumps, and pumping the target mineral laden material. Hydroman® submersible dredging mud pump processed to max service life, through lower RPM, coupled with the hydraulic design the lower pump speed also benefits the service life of critical parts, mechanical seals, and bearings. The wet end components are manufactured from materials designed for high abrasion. Giving superior service life, this coupled with an extra-large hydraulic passage allows larger particles to pass.

Hydroman® Heavy Duty Submersible Slurry Pump Using Method and Precautions:
▪ Before the using submersible drainage mud pump, please carefully check whether the submersible cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, and whether the submersible mud pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation.
▪ Use a 500V megohm meter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative grounds of the electric slurry pump motor. The value should not be lower than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the stator winding of the motor should be dried,and the temperature of the drying treatment should not exceed 120°C.
▪ The rotation direction is counterclockwise from the water inlet after the submersible industrial effluents sewage pump is turned on, if the electric submersible waste water sludge pump is reversed, submersible sludge pump only needs to exchange any two wires in the cable and adjust the wiring position.
▪ The ground wire of the casing of the electric submersible sand pump must be connected in strict accordance with the relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use of the electric submersible mud pump, when the electric submersible dredging pump is running,it is strictly forbidden to install people nearby to do things or move in the water, just in case the electric pump accidents due to electric leakage.
▪ Submersible ground pump must be equipped with automatic pump control without special circumstances, and it must not be directly connected to the power grid.
▪ Slurry submersible pump without cooling jacket is strictly forbidden to run for a long time above the water surface as a whole to prevent the electric submersible sandy slurry pump from being damaged by overheating.
