Slurry pump cover plate liner is suction side liner in rubber lined slurry pumps which is connected with cover plate. So the the materials is very crucial to lifetime of complete pump, Tobee can provides rubber slurry pump parts in Natural Rubber, Viton, Synthetic rubber(like: S42, R55, S31, S12, S21, S10 etc.).

Slurry pump rubber liners are wet parts in rubber lined slurry pumps which directs slurries to the pump outlet.
Most rubber lined slurry pumps use split volute type rubber liners, one is frame plate liner, and another is cover plate liner, this structure is designed to make replacement easy.
Our slurry pump rubber liners are normally made in premium natural rubber R55 that offers 1.5 times service life of normal liner rubber R26.
