Tobee® 6x4D AH Slurry Pumps are the most comprehensive range of centrifugal slurry pumps for use in mining, minerals processing, coal preparation, dredging, metallurgy, power plant, chemical and general industry applications. The wetted parts materials designed by High abrasion and corrosion resistance alloy, rubber or polyurethane etc, Especially for handling highly abrasive,high density slurries.

AH Series Slurry Pumps Design Features:

√ A large diameter with a short overhang ensure the rigidity of shaft, suitable for high power condition.
√ Hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve with ‘O’ ring seals at both ends. A slip fit allows the sleeve protects the shaft from the wear and corrosion.
√ The deputy vanes in both former and rear cover of Impeller relieve seal pressure and minimize recirculation.
√ Casing is made of ductile iron, ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
√ The wet parts are made of high-chrome alloy or rubber, having the abrasion-resist, corrosion-resist and impact erosion-resist properties, improved the service life of pump.
√ The wet parts are made of metal or rubber which can interchangeable or mixed use, suited different working condition.
√ Impeller adopt the method of wide flow and vane concave to improve flow and corrosion resistance, prolong service life.
√ The shaft seal may be adoptable of packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal to fit different working conditions.
√ The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

6/4 AH Slurry Pump Transmission Options:

DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.

CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.

ZV Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. This way of installation is suitable for motors with larger horsepower than is possible with CV type of installation. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space.

CR Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
