3x2D - HH Slurry Pumps are fit for a variety of applications ranging from filter press feeds to pipeline transport staging pumps. Commonly used for long distance transport lines, the HH series slurry pumps were designed to produce high heads per stage at high pressures and can often satisfy application duties with a single pump where others require multiple pumps in series.

Wetted Parts of 3/2 D-HH Slurry Pump:

Impellers – wide variety of metallurgic options – pump out vanes on rear and front (on closed impellers) reduce recirculation within pump, and aid in preventing seal contamination – optional castings of straight or semi-Francis vanes (from 3 to 8 vanes on certain sizes) offer wider hydraulic options in single sizes

Liners – heavy-duty high chrome liner – active engineered attachment mechanism to casing via threaded bolts as opposed to unreliable glue

3/2D-HH Slurry Pump Seals:

Expeller (Centrifugal Seal) – no external sealing water required where applicable

Stuffing Box – flushed gland sealing with braided packing and a lantern ring

Bearing Assembly for 3x2 D HH Slurry Pump:

Cartridge-style bearing housing allows for removal from pump and assembly in controlled environment
