DH2032D21 Frame Plate is used on 3x2D-HH Slurry Pump. Frame plate is in drive end of split casing slurry pump. It connects with Frame plate liner insert and beside the Bearing assembly. Same as the cover plate, Frame plate also bear the pressure of pump cavity. The working pressure of slurry pump is decided by the loading capability of frame plate, So the right materials of slurry pump frame plate is very important.
Slurry Pump Frame plate is one of important spare parts of slurry pumps. Metal frame plate of slurry pump is made of gray iron, ductile iron or other metal materials. It is often used in the double-casing structure of the centrifugal slurry pump. The main function is to withstand the pressure of the water in the pump chamber. When the slurry pump is being repaired, the frame plate and cover plate are sometimes replaced together. For the single-casing slurry pump, the frame plate is usually made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron.
